導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐的優(yōu)勢
1. 高溫低壓運行
導(dǎo)熱油能在較低壓力下實現(xiàn)高溫傳熱（可達(dá)350℃以上），避免高壓容器帶來的安全隱患，系統(tǒng)安全性更高。
2. 熱效率穩(wěn)定
閉式循環(huán)系統(tǒng)減少熱量流失，導(dǎo)熱油可重復(fù)利用，長期運行熱效率穩(wěn)定（通常>85%）。
3. 節(jié)能環(huán)保
無需蒸汽鍋爐的汽化潛熱消耗，熱能利用率高，且無廢水排放，污染物（如NOx、顆粒物）控制優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)燃煤鍋爐。

通過調(diào)節(jié)導(dǎo)熱油流量和溫度，可實現(xiàn)工藝溫度的控制（±1℃），適用于對溫度敏感的工業(yè)流程。
