公司占地面積30000平方米，其中主車(chē)間面積18000平方米，現(xiàn)有職工230余人，各類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)人員36人，其中工程師4人，工程師12人，持證焊工39名，合格項(xiàng)目80人項(xiàng)，無(wú)損檢測(cè)持證RT人員2名，中級(jí)人員4名，初級(jí)人員5名。UT、PT、MT各兩名。
公司主要生產(chǎn)DZL、SZL系列蒸汽、熱水鍋爐；WNS、LSS系列燃油(氣)鍋爐；LSC系列立式蒸汽鍋爐；YGL、YLL、YLW系列立式、臥式有機(jī)熱載體鍋爐；各種常壓熱水鍋爐及全套輔機(jī)等。公司生產(chǎn)的各類(lèi)產(chǎn)品均為山東省環(huán)境保護(hù)認(rèn)定產(chǎn)品，是國(guó)家環(huán)保、節(jié)能產(chǎn)品。
